July 18, 2025-OMWD's Elfin Forest Recreational Reserve is “Best Place to Volunteer."

The Coast News Group announced the winners of its 2025 Best of North County contest, including Olivenhain Municipal Water District’s Elfin Forest Recreational Reserve. EFRR took first place in the “Best Place to Volunteer” category in an online vote that included 18 other candidates.
